Newborn Phase Selector
The newborn period has 3 different phases based on leave patterns. Select which phase applies.
Phase 1 — Both Home (Weeks 1–2)
Father is on his first 2 weeks of paternity leave. Both parents home together. Most supported window — but also most intense. Mother's feeding hours are irreducible at this stage.
